Upcoming office hours/Spirit Tournament reminder
RELEASE|February 28, 2024

By: State Rep. Pauline Wendzel

On Monday, March 4th, I’ll be hosting local office hours in Hartford and Paw Paw.

These events are an opportunity for residents to meet face-to-face to share your thoughts, questions, concerns, or just hear an update on what’s happening in Lansing.  The meetings are open to the public, and no appointment is necessary to attend.

I’ll be available from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on March 4th at the Panel Room, 61116 CR 687 in Hartford, and from noon to 1 p.m. at Brewster’s at the Dyckman, 201 E. Michigan Ave. in Paw Paw.

If you’re unable to attend, you can still share your thoughts by giving me a call at (517) 373-1799 or by shooting me an email at [email protected].

Additionally, the school spirit tournament officially launches on Friday, March 1st! Here’s a reminder on how you can score points to help your school earn bragging rights and cut down the nets at the end of the season!

  1. For points to count, you must like the page @RepPW;
  • You can earn 1 point for liking your school’s photo during the weekly competition;
  • You can earn another point by shouting out your school spirit in the weekly photo’s comment section;
  • You can earn 5 points for uploading a picture of a school event and tagging my page;
  • And finally, you can earn 10 points for sharing any of my school spirit tournament posts while mentioning your school.

In the Tri-City area, Watervliet will be taking on Covert, Hartford will be taking on Allegan, and Coloma will be taking on South Haven in the opening round. I’m excited to see which school will take home the coveted 2024 Spirit Tournament trophy at the end of the month!
